چکیده
هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی مقایسه‌ای سبک‌های سه گانه دلبستگی در نوجوانان دارای نشانه‌های درونی‌سازی افسردگی و اضطراب می‌باشد. از میان دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه هفتم و هشتم شهر تبریز تعداد 150 نفر با دامنه سنی 13-12 سال بعنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای انتخاب آزمودنیها از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای استفاده شد. والدین آزمودنیها پرسشنامه اضطراب اسپنس (1998) و دانش‌آموزان پرسشنامه اضطراب اسپنس (1998) را تکمیل نمودند سپس دانش‌آموزان پرسشنامه افسردگی نوجوانان کوتچر (2003) را تکمیل نمودند و در مرحله بعد پس از غربالگری آزمودنیها 50 نفر دانش‌آموز دارای نشانه‌های اضطرابی، 50 نفر دانش‌آموز دارای نشانه‌های افسردگی، 50 نفر دانش‌آموز عادی انتخاب و در مرحله آخر پرسشنامه روابط میانی دلبستگی هالپرن و کاپنبرگ (2006) را والدین 150 دانش‌آموز تکمیل کردند. نتایج نشان داد از بین سه سبک دلبستگی سبک دوسوگرا توان کافی برای پیش‌بینی افسردگی و اختلال اضطرابی را ندارد، اما سبک اجتنابی و ایمن سهم مهمی در پیش‌بینی این دو اختلال دارند. یافته‌های به دست آمده از این مطالعه تا حدودی با این ایده که عامل‌های محیطی مانند سبک‌های دلبستگی نقش مهمی در بروز اختلالات اضطرابی و افسردگی نوجوانان دارند، هماهنگ است.
